So first off we headed along Malibu,
Lots very rich homes, celebs 2nd and 3rd holiday homes, there were breaks along the costal side that had lovely stretches of beaches, hey dad there was a beach called Zuma!

Next stop Venice beach!
If you dream of one day being able to cruise California in a RV stopping of in the hot spots, you’ll be mistaken, it’s not RV friendly to drive through, park or really even sleep unless you don’t mind paying, unfortunately we dreamt this.lol.

driving through Venice was a struggle. The place itself was a wonderful colourful mess from time. Streets around were built up and over each other, making it have a shanti town effect in parts.
Shame we were only able to drive through no stop, something to explore at a later date again it seems!

This beach is only a little further up from Venice and we were able to park! Lovely long beach.

So…The movie series, back to future…if your not sure what I’m on about than my dad will be very Disappointed in you. We visited the exterior shots for the movie.
I wouldn’t say much has changed, just aged, the street itself certainly fits what you see in the movie too, however the neighbourhood is more like when he goes to the future and its all rundown.

Next was to pay respects to Kieran’s other love, no not van damme, nor Arnold or Bruce lee, … Paul walker, who ironical/unfortunately died the night before Kieran’s 27th birthday. If there is a chance you have any idea after you die where you are I certainly would like to buried where he is, way up on a hill over looking a beautiful scenery. As they go was a nice cemetery.

I then wanted to pay mine to the person that made me believe in fairytales enjoy childhood for what it should be…make believe and dreams and the reason I called my cat ‘Tink’ , Walt Disney.
I’ve been reading a book about him that’s authorised and a really good inside for fans and people that are interested. Just need time to get through it!…hard to fit it in with this new life style!
