We headed off the island in the morning to get to dry land, or so we thought!!…

   
    

When we got to our hotel we had picked a good spot again, right next to the food market, however it was even less appealing than the stalls at Phuket, lots of flies, think it was beacuse of the rain, so we headed along to a local restaurant, it was so rainy again we decided to do our research on the current weather and replan our journey, instead of staying here and going on to ko Samui which is equally as wet at the moment and it’s really not fun on a island, just experienced that, haha!, so we decided to head to Chiang mai,

…we looked at our options and going by train/bus would take us nearly a day spread over two, I had a look at flights and managed to book a really cheap flight to Chiang mai for the next evening, gave us time to go to the tiger cave temple in the morning and tonight we can just have a walk around inbetween showers…
