We just got up leisurely as per the norm…
Then headed to port Macquarie which is where one of the koala hospitals is, we had a muffin and hot choc first though which have been far the best since leaving home!

  
  
I’m pleased to say that there weren’t many at the hospital which is a good thing, sad fact lots actually die from the disease chlymidia, most that were in was down to age and the disease, but one was because of the bushfire in 2013 at newcastle, her paws and claws were badly burnt so she’s unable to climb trees high.

Another was re admitted after being hit by a car and lost one of her legs and a eye, sad but it’s a nice little set up. They are all volunteers and they only ask for donations.

   
 We then headed up to nambucca , to go to a place recommended to us, called shelly beach.

  
Was beautiful, reminded us a little of Hawaii, you can’t stay at the beach, but there is a look out just above, called captain cook we stayed there and had tea and whale watched saw some splashes but to far to get a pic,
