we got up and had yet more nice hot showers,
🙂
Then headed off on the trail to get to the three sisters, basically over time natural erosion has created this rock formation of three points thst sat next to each other, fun fact!- their names are Meehni, Wimlah and Gunnedoo.
It was rather windy at points!..
At the top left of my head!…
^^^Can you see them to the left in this panoramic?!^^^
Had a drink and some chips then headed back round to scenic world,
This was recommended by Helen, a friend that did 18 months of travelling so she’s handy to have! My encyclopaedia when I’m not upto date on research on what to do where we currently are!… Wasn’t sure what to expect but was fun to learn that there is 3 methods they use to get you down to the valley!.. Steepest railway, skyway and a cableway, I did however at the entrance get confused and thought you only paid for one, as it says something like “which way will you choose” but no you admission is for all plus the walkway through the forest at the bottom!,
So we chose to do the railway down seems as it says it’s the steepest in the world,…
Had a walk through the bottom then jumped on the cableway…
Last trip was on the skyway..
Rather impressed with Kieran three things that involved hight!! The big girl.
We drove out of the blue mountains heading back to the east to then start our drive up the east coast.
We programmed the gps twice for free spots to stop at , and well…they amounted to nothing so with it getting dark we headed to the nearest campsite listed, the owner was relaxed and said shel just catch us in the morning before we head off for payment and there was no chuck out time too! Nice lay in! Handy!
